Savor the Story
Join the Galesburg Public Library Foundation for Savor the Story, a special evening celebrating food, film, and community. This ticketed fundraiser features a screening of Julie and Julia, paired with thoughtfully curated bites inspired by the story on screen.
Part of our 2026 Community Read initiative, the event highlights the shared themes of storytelling, connection, and the joy of gathering around a table. Guests will enjoy a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere designed to bring neighbors together while supporting meaningful literary programming.
Proceeds from the evening directly benefit the Library’s Community Read and Summer Reading programs, expanding access to engaging reading experiences for children, families, and lifelong learners throughout our community.
