Regina Brannon is being honored by her five children, Faythe Brannon, Alicia Canario, Kim Brannon-Sibley, Christine Brannon-Dortch, and Fred Jones, in the 100 Extraordinary Women Initiative. Alicia Canario says, “Regina Brannon is a phenomenal woman not because of the things she does but because of who she is. Her heart is her best characteristic. Anyone who comes into contact with her cannot help but love her. She’s the type of person who will walk into a room of strangers and within 10 minutes she’s talking and laughing with everyone as if she’s known them for years. She dedicated her life to raising her five children, spent time helping to take care of her grandchildren, and has spent the past 30+ years taking care of others in need. She never asks for help (even when she should) and never expects anything in return. A woman with a pure heart of gold – that is my mom, Regina Mae Brannon.
